Policy
*Payment is safely made by Credit Card via Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to make payment on the Paypal website using your credit card. Paypal offers a buyer protection service for free.
*No Smoking is allowed inside the Cabin.
*Dogs are permitted. We thoroughly vacuum and clean the cabin after every stay.
*Clean linens and towels are provided along with soap and shampoo. The house is fully equipped so all you essentially need to bring is toothpaste and a toothbrush!
*There is a refundable Security Deposit of $100 which will be returned upon departure. We collect the deposit to ensure the place is not damaged or left a mess.
*There is a 2% lodging tax fee.
*If cancellation is within 7 days of intended arrival, typically there is a fee of $30.
*Check-in is typically on or after 3:30 pm.
*Check out is by 12:15 pm.
*The cabin should essentially left in its original condition, except the towels and bed sheets do not need to be washed. Please turn off the air conditioning (cooling) units when you leave.
*LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: The RENTER accepts responsibility and liability for any and all Guests (including himself/herself) and/or any minor(s) occupying the PREMISES during RENTER'S rental period.
